ALEX GINARD, AIA, NCARB
Founder and Principal
With more than 15 years of experience in the field, Alex is a highly accomplished registered architect and interior designer based in Florida. As the Founder and Principal of Ginard Studio, he has demonstrated his expertise and creativity in numerous projects.
Alex's journey began in Havana, Cuba, where he completed his architectural studies in 2005. His passion for design and desire to further expand his knowledge led him to pursue a master's degree in urban design, which he successfully obtained in 2007.

In 2009, Alex moved to Mexico City where he quickly obtain his architectural license. There, he established his own design-build firm, specializing primarily in luxury residential projects. His exceptional skills and attention to detail quickly gained recognition, making him a sought-after architect in the industry.
In 2015, Alex made the decision to relocate permanently to Miami, Florida, where he joined the prestigious firm Arquitectonica Int. During his time at Arquitectonica, Alex not only got his architectural license but also had the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects. From hospitality developments to high-rise multifamily buildings, offices, and mixed-use projects, he showcased his versatility and ability to adapt to various design challenges.
Driven by a strong desire to establish his own unique vision, Alex made the bold decision to leave Arquitectonica after more than six years. In 2021, he founded Ginard Studio, an Architecture and Interior Design studio that specializes in high-end developments and custom luxury residences. With a keen focus on bringing identity and authenticity to every project, Alex strives to create spaces that truly reflect the client's vision and needs, at the same time to contribute to the communities they serve.
What sets Alex apart is his unwavering commitment to being involved in every aspect of a project, from its inception to its completion. His hands-on approach ensures that no detail goes unnoticed and that every element of the design is meticulously crafted.

YALIESY GINARD, Real Estate Broker
Founder and CEO
Yaliesy is not only a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida, but she is also a highly skilled and experienced founding partner of the firm. Her passion for design and real estate is evident in her dedication to working at the very early stages of projects. As a key player in the team, Yaliesy brings her extensive knowledge and expertise in the real estate market to conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and contribute to the concept design process.

We do custom residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings. We have done also medical centers, schools, hotels and offices buildings.

Typically our fees range from 8%-15% of construction cost. This will depends of the size of the project, complexity, scope of work and location.

Not at all! Even when our offices are located in Miami, our firm works as a virtual professional service provider for those projects that are located in different cities, states or even countries. We have enough internal structure and collaboration technologies to service every client practically from everywhere. Our size also allow us to adapt our processes, schedules to fulfill every client needs without compromising the quality of our work.

Every project is unique and has its own time frame. Is not the same to design a house than a high-rise. The time frame for a project usually runs from 6-24 months, depending of its complexity.

Even when we have a professional broker in our team, we don’t offer real-estate seal services. We have relationships with real-estate professionals that we can refer you with and them will help you to find options We will assist you then in the evaluation of the different sites and feasibility studies to guide you to the best possible option.
