Smart Brickell Luxe: In Progress

Ginard Studio unveils their design of their latest project Smart Brickell Luxe. Located in Brickell district, Miami, this 24th floor tower will feature 127 units, including 53 condos and 74 condo-hotel units for short-term rentals. The building also includes 10,000 sf of class-A commercial space, almost 8,000 sf of amenities in the pool deck located at the 8th floor and a panoramic view gym at 9th floor.
